Shipping Policy
RURUHONEY SDN. BHD. ships orders placed on ruruhoney.co from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your shipping fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
MALAYSIA
- West Malaysia: RM4.90 per order. FREE shipping on orders of RM120 and above.
- Sabah and Sarawak: RM12.00 per order. FREE shipping on orders of RM150 and above.
- Delivery: 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed.
SINGAPORE
- Parcels up to 2kg: RM25.00
- Parcels above 2kg up to 5kg: RM35.00
- Delivery: 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed.
INDONESIA
- Parcels up to 2kg: RM45.00
- Parcels above 2kg up to 5kg: RM60.00
- Delivery: 5–8 working days after your order is confirmed.
OTHER COUNTRIES
If your country is available at checkout, the shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be shown there before you pay. If it isn't, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES (orders outside Malaysia)
Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by your country's customs and are paid by the recipient. Customs checks may occasionally delay delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas, public holidays, customs checks and peak sale periods may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the re-delivery shipping fee will be charged to you.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of shipping (14 working days for orders outside Malaysia), or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at ruruhoneyco@gmail.com or WhatsApp +6011-1126 2999, with your order number and photos (for damaged parcels). We'll help you trace the parcel or send a replacement.
